ACH WMS End-User License Agreement

About this agreement
This agreement governs authorized access to ACH WMS, the warehouse management system operated by Air Cargo Handling LLC (“ACH,” “we,” or “us”). ACH WMS supports cargo handling, warehouse operations, shipment documentation, customer and carrier coordination, and related billing workflows.
Authorized use and license
Subject to this agreement and ACH’s authorization, ACH grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use ACH WMS for approved business purposes.
Access is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, customers, carriers, and other approved business representatives. You may access only the organizations, stations, records, and functions assigned to you. Access to the system does not grant authority to act for another organization.
Account security
Use your own assigned account. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, access another user’s account, or attempt to obtain records outside your authorization.
Report suspected unauthorized access, account compromise, or incorrect permissions promptly to contact@achdelivers.com.
Information and documents
Submit only information and documents you are authorized to provide. You are responsible for reviewing their accuracy and for complying with applicable confidentiality, privacy, cargo-handling, and recordkeeping requirements.
You retain any rights you hold in submitted content. You authorize ACH to store, process, reproduce, and share that content as needed to perform the authorized business services and operate ACH WMS.
Do not upload malicious software, unlawful content, passwords, authentication secrets, or sensitive information unrelated to the authorized workflow.
Operational review
System-generated documents, calculations, and automatically extracted text may contain errors. Authorized personnel must review relevant outputs before relying on them for cargo release, dispatch, billing, or other consequential actions.
An upload, system status, or electronic notification does not by itself replace required operational approvals or contractual obligations.
Connected services
ACH WMS may use Microsoft services and, when authorized and enabled, QuickBooks Online and other approved integrations.
Only an authorized representative may connect a business account. Enabled integrations may read or transmit information and create or update records according to their configured workflows. Users must review the intended company, recipients, and transaction details before initiating actions.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability.
Availability and access termination
ACH may maintain, update, restrict, or suspend the system or individual accounts for security, operational, legal, or contractual reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Ending access does not necessarily delete business records, audit history, backups, or records subject to retention requirements.
Relationship to other agreements
This agreement governs use of ACH WMS. It does not replace separately agreed cargo-handling, transportation, payment, employment, or other commercial terms. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
ACH may update this agreement and identify the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law or agreement.
